Extended Treatment Time

• Add 15 minutes to any 50-minute treatment for $40

Founder Appointments

Membership pricing applies to treatments performed by the Love Your Body West Hollywood certified team.

Members who wish to schedule their session with founder Marina Skronts may do so for an additional fee:

• 50-minute session with Marina: +$25
• 65-minute session with Marina: +$65

The 65-minute founder appointment includes the founder appointment fee and extended session time. Appointments with Marina are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.

Minimum Term & Renewal

Memberships require an initial 3-month commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Membership Cancellation

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership.

Membership Freeze

Memberships may be paused for verified medical reasons or travel lasting longer than 14 days, with appropriate documentation such as a doctor’s note or flight details.

Session Usage

All sessions must be used within the applicable monthly billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Gifting Sessions

Members may allow one of their monthly body sessions to be used by a friend or family member. This session is deducted from the member’s monthly package and is not an additional session.

Advanced Booking

Members are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or same-day requests to move an appointment to a later time will result in the session being deducted from the membership.

Late Arrivals

If a member arrives more than 5 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Appointments may be moved to an earlier time on the same day at no charge, subject to availability.
