These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by Love Your Body Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully before booking an appointment, purchasing a package or membership, or otherwise using this website.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting this website, creating an account, booking an appointment, or receiving services at any of our studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies or consent forms we provide. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

You may also be asked to sign service-specific consent, waiver, or intake forms at the studio. Those documents supplement these Terms, and where a signed document conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls.

2. Description of Our Services

Love Your Body Studios operates non-invasive body contouring and wellness studios in California. Our service menu may include:

• Endospheres
• CryoSkin
• Neurotris microcurrent
• LED and red light therapy
• Infrared sauna
• Compression therapy
• Manual lymphatic drainage
• Nutritional coaching

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, device, or protocol at any time. Availability, pricing, and providers vary by location and may change without notice.

3. Wellness Services, Not Medical Care

Our services are aesthetic and wellness services. They are not medical care. Love Your Body Studios is not a medical practice or clinic, and nothing we offer is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

• Nothing said by us or our staff, or published on this website, is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription for treatment.
• Our team members are trained in the equipment and techniques they use, but do not practice medicine or provide medical supervision.
• Our services are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or for medical treatment, medication, or supervised care.
• Nutritional coaching is general wellness education and lifestyle guidance, not medical nutrition therapy.
• Results vary. Outcomes depend on individual factors including genetics, health status, hormones, diet, activity, hydration, sleep, and consistency of sessions. We do not guarantee any specific result or timeline, and before-and-after images or testimonials reflect individual experiences only.

If you have a medical concern, symptom, or emergency, contact your physician or emergency services. Do not delay seeking medical care because of anything you have read or heard from us.

4. Health Disclosures and Physician Clearance

Your safety depends on the information you give us. Before your first session, and whenever your circumstances change, you agree to disclose:

• Any medical condition, diagnosis, or ongoing treatment, including cardiac, vascular, neurological, autoimmune, oncologic, respiratory, kidney, liver, or metabolic conditions;
• Any implanted device, including pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators, or metal implants;
• Pregnancy, suspected pregnancy, or breastfeeding;
• Recent surgery or injury, including cosmetic or reconstructive surgery;
• Medications and supplements, and any history of blood clots, bleeding disorders, or anticoagulant use;
• Allergies, skin conditions, active infections, open wounds, or recent aesthetic procedures.

We recommend consulting your physician before beginning any of our services, and we require it where your health history warrants. If you are seeking services following surgery, including post-operative lymphatic drainage or compression therapy, you must obtain written clearance from your surgeon before we can treat you and must follow the restrictions your surgeon specifies.

We may decline, modify, or discontinue any service if, in our judgment, it is not appropriate for you, if required clearance has not been provided, or if relevant health information has not been disclosed. You are responsible for consequences arising from information you withhold or misstate.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to book appointments, purchase services, create an account, or make payments through this website. Clients under 18 may receive services only where permitted by our policies and applicable law, and only with the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf and remains responsible for payment. Certain services are not available to minors.

6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

Appointments are subject to availability and are reserved only once you receive confirmation through our booking system. We may require a card on file, a deposit, or prepayment to hold time.

Our cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late-arrival policies apply as communicated to you at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation. Those policies may include charges or forfeiture of a session for late cancellations, missed appointments, or arrivals that leave too little time to complete a session safely. By booking, you agree to the policy then in effect.

If you arrive late, we may shorten your session so following clients are not delayed, and the full session will still count. We may also reschedule appointments for staffing, equipment, or safety reasons.

7. Packages and Memberships

We sell multi-session packages and memberships. The terms of each offering, including what it covers, how long it remains valid, how it renews, how it may be canceled or paused, and whether any portion is refundable, are provided to you at purchase and form part of your agreement with us.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, packages and memberships are personal to the purchaser, non-transferable, may not be shared or assigned, and have no cash value. Sessions are redeemable only at participating locations and only for the services described. Membership fees recur as disclosed at enrollment until canceled under those terms and applicable California law.

8. Payment and Third-Party Booking Platforms

Booking, scheduling, membership management, and payment processing are handled through third-party platforms, including Zenoti and Mindbody. When you book or pay through those platforms you are also subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for services, packages, memberships, recurring fees, taxes, and any charges arising under our cancellation, no-show, or late-arrival policies. You agree to keep your payment and contact information current. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party booking or payment platforms.

9. Assumption of Risk and Informed Consent

All services carry some risk, even when performed correctly by trained staff on properly maintained equipment. Depending on the service, possible effects include temporary redness, bruising, tenderness, swelling, numbness or tingling, skin irritation, changes in pigmentation, lightheadedness, dehydration, overheating, chills, ear or sinus discomfort, fatigue, or rarely more significant reactions.

By receiving services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, that you have disclosed your health information truthfully, and that you voluntarily assume the risks inherent in the services you choose. You agree to follow staff instructions before, during, and after a session, and to tell your provider immediately if you feel unwell.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Love Your Body Studios and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or goodwill, arising out of this website, our services, or these Terms, on any legal theory. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to it in the twelve months before the event on which the claim is based.

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your rights under California law remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, before-and-after images, video, service descriptions, and design elements, is owned by Love Your Body Studios or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Love Your Body Studios name and logo are our trademarks. Device and modality names referenced here are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from our content, or use our marks, without our prior written permission.

12. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or stolen information, including health details or payment credentials;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our accounts, or any connected platform;
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the website or its security features;
• Scrape or harvest content with automated tools except as permitted by our published site rules;
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful files;
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We may suspend or terminate your access, cancel appointments, or decline future service if you violate these Terms, if your conduct in the studio is unsafe or disruptive, or if we reasonably believe it necessary to protect our clients, our team, or our business.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including booking and payment platforms, review sites, social media, and mapping services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, security, or terms. Links do not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, and dealings with a third party are solely between you and that party.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our policies, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms here. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of this website or our services afterward constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute relating to them, this website, or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of the California county where the studio you visited is located, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your right to bring an action in small claims court where jurisdiction is available.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
